The TZL and TZR Tigrip Load Indicators are a mechanical measuring instrument with electronic display. It's an economical choice for various applications as a conventional crane weigher or to measure forces.

Features and Benefits

  • Easy Installation & Usage
    The light-weight, robust design is simple to install, and can be used in conjunction with shackles and hooks. A range of measuring units are available (kg, t, lbs, to, kN.) and can be easily adjusted for individual lifts.
  • Easy-to-Read Digital Display
    The load indicator is provided with liquid crystal display (LCD), which can tare as well as show either the gross or the net load. The display is automatically to zero when load indicator is switched on, and peak values are retained to memory.
  • Overload Indication
    Able to indicate overload at 110% of the rated capacity, and provides an overload warning.
  • Superior Battery Life
    The battery capacity provides for around 200 operating hours, with automatic stand-by to further prolong battery lifetime. Display shows battery status and warns when batteries are low.
  • TZR Radio Control
    The TZR model includes a radio remote control with data exchange via radio transmission.

Optional Features

  • TZL Batteries Rechargeable batteries can be used with the TZL model (not included).

TZL Vs. TZR

TZR load indicator has the same features as the model TZL plus a remote control and data exchange via radio transmission, USB interface, and accumulation memory.

 

What is included with the TZL Delivery?

Scope of delivery includes the TZL Load Indicator, 4 x 1.5V AA batteries, a carrying case, and test certificate.

 

What is included with the TZR Delivery?

Scope of delivery includes the TZR Load Indicator, remote control with display, 7 x 1.5V AA batteries, carrying case, test certificate, PC cable, and user software.

 

Are shackles included with the load indicator?

No, shackles and hooks are not supplied. They must be sourced separately if required for your rigging setup.
